03 May 09 James Corden, Thinking Of Singing World Cup Song

Gavin & Stacey star and BAFTA-winning English actor, James Corden, has been asked to perform the official England World Cup song titled “World in Motion” for the World Cup in 2010. He is considering the offer as he does not want to spoil the original but for charity, he is more than happy to do it.

“He is in two minds about it…He would hate to do anything that spoiled the original. On the other hand it is for charity and he loved doing a Comic Relief sketch with the team which featured the lyrics,” said a friend of the star.

“Offering a football fan a chance to make a video with the England side is pretty tempting. It would be a great DVD to show the kids.”

I say go for it, Corden!
