A new coach, Gao Hongbo, was tasked by the Chinese Football Association (CFA) to take the Chinese national football team to new heights. Gao was a former national player in the 80s and we do hope he can push China from a FIFA ranking of 100 to somewhere as stellar as its Olympic achievements.</p>
